3. To make a reservation, send me a single email at julie.k.brandt@gmail.com with "Swim lesson reservation request" in the subject line. Be sure to include all of the following information in that email (returning students should only include info that needs to be updated). Incomplete or piecemeal requests can not be processed.
- your full name
- your phone number
- student's full name
- student's date of birth
- student's full address
- student's county of residence (used by the Town of Chapel Hill to allocate pool space at Homestead Aquatic Center)
- your first three choices of sessions and time slots for each student. There is no choice of days; unless otherwise stated, lessons are held every Monday through Friday of the session, for a total of fifteen 30-minute lessons.
- student's lesson experience, a brief summary of their current abilities, and what you/they are looking to achieve (returning students, please instead update me on what you've been doing in the water since your last session).
your preferred method of payment: Venmo or Zelle

now truly swim, and knows what to do if she falls off a float.
5. I'll send you the pool rules/policies & procedures, waiver, and payment information. You may sign the waiver electronically or print it, sign with ink, and email an image of it back to me. Reservations are held until 11:59 PM on the second full business day after I send this information.
6. Once you complete the waiver and payment, your student will be registered. I'll email you a confirmation as well as a new student profile (if applicable) for you to provide more details about your student's background, current abilities, goals, learning style, and anything else I need to know to make their lessons fruitful.
